Lignano is a peninsula that, with Boat Tours, is possible to circumnavigate. It is a beautiful experience suitable for everyone.

The trip begins directly from Lignano Sabbiadoro’s beach, bathhouses 4 and 10, where our comfortable 12 seats boat will wait for you to sail to the lagoon.

Passing in front of the red lighthouse, you will be able to see the Seashell Island on the far right, then the boat will head towards Lovato’s or Bevazzana’s canals, passing through a spinning bridge and a navigation lock (the only one in our area that manages the different heights of the water between the river and lagoon with the opening of 2 independent doors). The navigation lock, built in the ‘20s has also the function to contain the Tagliamento river in case of floods.

Passed the Bevazzana’s navigation lock, we will reach Tagliamento’s river, that defines the natural border between Veneto and Friuli regions. On the left side you will be looking at Lignano Riviera and on the right at the Bibione’s lighthouse. The navigation then proceeds in front of the whole Lignano’s coastline: Riviera, Pineta and lastly Sabbiadoro, but not before a stop with an appetizer at sunset.

To get on and off the boat it is necessary to get knee-deep wet, so we advise to wear comfortable clothes: shorts or swimsuit, a cover-up, flip-flops and a hoodie or windbreaker.
